We publish business details that are already public in the official filing: name, entity type, filing date, register number, status, office, address, officer names and titles, and activity when the source gives them. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing information about register data that is already public).

Officer names and titles from the daily corporate file may be shown. Officer street addresses, telephone numbers, and websites are not published.

The directory is not an official source and does not replace the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations. Binding source: dos.fl.gov.
