Sources and license

The filings come from the daily corporate file published by the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations. Each workday file is named for the date the division entered the rows. A business is listed when the formation file date in that row falls inside the downloaded window, at most the last 90 days. The page shows the document number, name, filing type, status, principal address, city, ZIP code, formation date, and the officer names and titles carried in the file.

The files are published for informational use by the Florida Department of State. This site is an independent directory. It is not the Division of Corporations and it does not issue certificates. The official record remains the one kept by the department: https://dos.fl.gov/
